John C. Hart Memorial Library - Part-Time Children's Librarian

Job Description
The part-time Children’s Librarian provides general reference and information services, readers’ advisory, develops and implements children’s programs, participates in collection development and performs library advocacy. The Children’s Librarian provides assistance to patrons using the library in accessing library materials and technology performing other job-related duties as assigned. Up to 16 hours per week include evenings and weekends as required, schedule subject to change. Salary starting at $25.00.

Qualifications
ALA accredited Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies. Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle detail orientated
