Engineering:

Request from Town Attorney for Town Comptroller to refund to Mohegan Tire and Auto the sum of $1,500.00 in connection with the wetland permit for the property at 1581 East Main Street, Shrub Oak since all technical reviews were performed in-house, no professional consultant fees were needed or used.

Legal:
Request from Town Attorney for authorization for Town Supervisor to sign an Intermunicipal Agreement with the County of Westchester for Yorktown Police Department to assign an Instructor to the County’s Police Academy.
