In the event the Permit is issued, the applicant will comply with all the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and the Building Department Ordinance of the Town of Yorktown and with the requirements of any other local laws or ordinances, laws, rules, and regulations of any Federal, State, and County Government bureau or department thereof having jurisdiction over said premises and the business to be conducted thereat, in addition to such terms or conditions as may be imposed by the Yorktown Town Board.

All of the uploaded documents are made part of this application. The applicant must submit one (1) paper copy of all uploaded documents (plans no larger than 11" x 17") together with the required fee of $625.00 (or $312.00 for renewal) to the Town Clerk's office, located at Yorktown Town Hall, 363 Underhill Avenue, Yorktown, NY 10598, in order for this application to be processed. Payment may also be made by credit card (please contact our office for instructions (914)962-5722, ext. 210). Additional copies of said plans may be requested at a later date.
